RESTAURANT DESIGN

BLUE GOOSE CANTINA

Modernized a family owned chain tex-mex restaurant that has been a staple of Dallas since 1984. Refined a very colorful and eclectic space by adding modern farmhouse elements such as steel work throughout and white board and batten while maintaining some color and rustic elements to stay true to the original theme and design.

LA VIUDA
NEGRA

Designed a speakeasy off of Fitzhugh that specializes in finely tuned mescal cocktails.  The small shotgun bar is set behind a bridal shop storefront that features a bride, The Black Widow, who invites you in, feeds you freshly squeezed cocktails from the garden bar - some of the most exotic mescals served in Dallas, and once under her spell, she lures you into her web of lace which is located in the restroom.  The speakeasy tells the story of a sneaky little spider disguised as a bride who will take you to a whole other world through flavors, sounds, and decor.

PALACE PRIME

Transformed the legendary Spanish Colonial Palace Restaurant and Saloon in downtown Santa Fe into an upscale steakhouse with clean modern elements while maintaining the building's heritage.
